Solo is for one business. Growth suits in-house teams watching up to 3 brands, sites or markets. Studio is for freelancers and small agencies: up to 6 client domains, grouped by client, with reports sent as your own. Agency runs AI visibility as a monthly client service across up to 20 domains.
Every paid plan includes a weekly pulse. Scope asks your most important questions again each week and tells you when a competitor starts being recommended or when you gain or lose ground. When you make a change and tick it off, Scope re-checks the affected questions automatically and emails the result. Re-checks are included under fair use. On Agency the weekly pulse covers up to 10 of your domains; all 20 still get the monthly audit.

Each one gets the questions your customers ask, and you see whether you're recommended, who's named instead, and the sources behind each answer. Paid plans ask more questions and repeat the key ones, so the result holds. AI Overviews and Perplexity: coming in October.
Credits pay for extra work on top of your plan: an extra full audit uses 8 credits, each extra market on an audit uses 2, and a competitor comparison uses 4. Your monthly audit and weekly pulse never use them. Solo includes 10 credits a month, Growth 16, Studio 24 and Agency 40. Included and top-up credits never expire, and you keep them if you change plan.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades apply straight away, with the difference prorated. Cancel from your account settings at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Monthly or annual billing, no long-term contract.
Growth, Studio and Agency include priority support: a reply within one business day. On Solo and Free you'll get a reply within two business days. Once you're signed in, use Help & support in your workspace and we'll see the page you were on.
